John Hudson is chief external affairs officer for Entergy and president of the Entergy Charitable Foundation. In this role, he is responsible for federal policy, regulatory and government affairs, social responsibility, sustainability and environmental policy, corporate affairs and communications, utility strategy and regulatory initiatives, and corporate security.

He also oversees the company’s efforts to pursue all available supplemental funding sources, including state and federal grants and loans, to support the company’s infrastructure and resilience improvement efforts. As part of this work, his team collaborates closely with local and regional stakeholders to ensure funded projects align with community needs.

Hudson previously served as president and chief executive officer of Nicor Gas Corporation, Illinois’ largest gas distribution company with more than 2.2 million customers. Previously, Hudson was executive vice president and chief external affairs officer at Southern Company Gas, where he was responsible for the company’s external affairs, customer operations, environmental affairs, corporate communications, and marketing efforts.

He serves on the boards of directors for A.G. Gaston Enterprises, Bronze Valley Corporation, Propel Center and Trillion Communications. He also serves on the advisory board for Posse New Orleans.

Hudson earned his MBA from the Scheller College of Business at Georgia Institute of Technology, a juris doctorate from Miles College School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Alabama A&M University. He also completed the executive accounting and finance program at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and the Young American Leaders Program at Harvard Business School.

Kimberly Fontan is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Entergy, where she oversees corporate finance, accounting, internal audit, treasury, investor relations, and corporate development and planning, and the integrated customer organization. As CFO, Fontan helps maintain Entergy’s firm financial position and ensures the company is well-positioned to deliver exceptional service and support for our customers and achieve its strategic business objectives.

Before becoming CFO in 2022, Fontan served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer, where she oversaw the preparation of monthly financial reports, preparation of certain regulatory filings, and formulation and administration of accounting policy, procedures and controls. She also led the project management office in support of executing Entergy’s strategic initiatives.

Prior to being named chief accounting officer, she served as vice president of system planning and operations, vice president of regulatory services, vice president for Louisiana regulatory affairs, and other roles.

She serves on the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Energy Insurance Mutual and the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts.

Fontan has an MBA from Loyola University New Orleans and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from The University of Southern Mississippi. She is a certified public accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Dan Falstad is senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for Entergy, where he provides legal counsel to the chair and CEO, board of directors and senior management and leads Entergy’s legal department. He also oversees the company’s ethics and compliance group. Falstad leads a team committed to advancing Entergy’s growth strategy while ensuring affordability for customers. He also serves as secretary for the company and its operating company subsidiaries, serving as the company’s liaison between the board of directors, management and shareholders and ensuring corporate governance best practices.

Before being named general counsel, Falstad served as vice president, deputy general counsel and secretary, where he counseled senior management in corporate governance, corporate disclosure, SEC reporting and other corporate law matters and led Entergy’s legal department.

Prior to joining Entergy in 2009, Falstad had a wide-ranging corporate and securities law practice including corporate governance, securities compliance, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex corporate transactions. Following a judicial clerkship, Falstad practiced corporate and securities law and was a partner with Troutman Pepper Locke, Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton and DLA Piper in Atlanta, Georgia.

He currently serves as the president of the board of directors of the New Orleans Ballet Theater.

Falstad received his juris doctorate from Yale Law School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University.

Laura Landreaux is president and CEO of Entergy Arkansas — a company that has helped power life in Arkansas for 110 years.

She ensures that Entergy Arkansas meets the power needs of approximately 730,000 customers in 63 Arkansas counties. She is also responsible for driving the company’s financial performance and operational business results, customer service, regulatory and public affairs, resource planning, economic development programs, employee development, regulatory and governmental affairs, and charitable contributions.

Before assuming her current role in 2018, Landreaux has held several leadership positions with the company, including finance director and vice president of regulatory affairs, where she was responsible for the interactions between Entergy Arkansas and the Arkansas Public Service Commission. She previously served as manager of regulatory affairs and as senior counsel, where she practiced regulatory law for five years.

Prior to joining Entergy in 2007, she worked for four years as an attorney for the Salt River Project, a water and electric utility located in Phoenix, Arizona, and in private practice with Quarles & Brady LLP.

An active member of the Arkansas non-profit community, Landreaux serves as vice chairman of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce board of directors. She serves as a board member for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock College of Business and the Arkansas Research Alliance. She is a founding member of Arkansas Women in Power and a graduate of Arkansas Leadership Class XIII and Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXX. Landreaux was named the Easterseals Arkansan of the Year 2020 and serves on the Easterseals board of directors. She was honored with the Women in Business Award in 2019 by the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas.

A native of Little Rock, Landreaux earned a doctorate in law from the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville, where she was a member of the Law Review, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

Haley Fisackerly is president and CEO of Entergy Mississippi, an electric utility that serves more than 459,000 customers in 45 Mississippi counties. He is responsible for the company’s safe and reliable service, financial performance, customer service, regulatory and public affairs, resource planning, economic development programs, and charitable contributions.

Fisackerly has led Entergy Mississippi to see a steady rise in customer satisfaction scores, as well as increased recognition of economic development efforts and community support. Under his leadership, the company played an integral role in securing Amazon Web Services’ historic $10 billion investment in Mississippi.

Before assuming his current role in 2008, Fisackerly served as vice president of customer operations at Entergy Mississippi and vice president of governmental and regulatory affairs at Entergy Nuclear. He previously served as director of system regulatory strategy for Entergy. Prior to joining Entergy in 1995, Fisackerly was a staff member of U.S. Senator Thad Cochran’s office in Washington, D.C.

A champion of workforce development, Fisackerly works with the Mississippi Economic Council and other partners to improve educational opportunities and job growth, and Entergy has committed millions of dollars toward workforce development in the Mississippi service territory. Fisackerly also spearheaded a partnership with C Spire and the Mississippi Public Service Commission to help bring rural broadband services to underserved communities in the state.

Fisackerly serves on the boards of directors for the Mississippi Economic Council, Mississippi Energy Institute, Mississippi State University College of Business Advisory Board, BankFirst Financial Services, Woodward Hines Education Foundation, the Foundation for Mississippi History and the Nature Conservancy. He is a past chair of the Mississippi Partnership for Economic Development, the Greater Jackson Chamber Partnership, Mississippi Economic Council and the USA International Ballet Competition. He was named to the inaugural class of the Mississippi Top 50 influential leaders in the state in 2016.

He has a master’s degree in public policy administration from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mississippi State University. He was named the Mississippi State University College of Business Alumnus of the Year in 2016.

Leroy Nix is vice president of federal strategic policy and stakeholder engagement for Entergy. In this role, Leroy is responsible for the development and execution of strategies that align Entergy’s commercial and regulatory approach with the needs and objectives of the company’s 3 million customers and stakeholders.

Leroy is a solution-oriented executive with an extensive background in corporate, regulatory, legislative, external, marketing and public affairs within Fortune 500 companies and the United States government. In addition to being a strategic thought leader with deep cross-industry, business and government relationships, Leroy has a keen awareness and understanding of the dynamics that exist at the intersection of business and government. As the leader of Entergy’s strategic policy and stakeholder engagement efforts, Leroy works with numerous partners, including the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, congress, administration officials, and national associations, including the Edison Electric Institute.

Before joining Entergy, Leroy worked at Southern Company Gas where he served as the director of market strategy and was responsible for developing growth strategies in regulated jurisdictions. He previously served as director of federal government affairs in Southern Company’s Washington, D.C. office, where he worked with national elected officials, community leaders and stakeholder groups on issues related to energy and environmental policy. He also previously served in various leadership roles at Alabama Power Company.

Leroy began his career in government and politics serving as an aide in the U.S. Senate and working on national political campaigns across the country, including U.S. presidential, House and Senate races.

Nix has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Montevallo and a law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. He is also a University of Chicago Booth School Impact Fellow and is a member of the Blackburn Leadership Institute. He is a board member for the University of Montevallo, Renasant Bank, Cloud for Utilities, and the Auditorium Theater.
